Chairman
Mr Paulsen joined the Ferring Board of Directors in July 2021, and became Chairman of the Board in 2023. Since 2020, he has also served as Chairman of Ferring Ventures SA. He is a member of the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows and Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee of the State Pension Fund of Georgia. Additionally, he is Chairman of the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University, having previously served as Senior Advisor to the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia. Before joining Ferring, Mr Paulsen worked at Mars Inc., Coca-Cola, and Credit Suisse. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
