“At Ferring, people come first. Not long after I joined the company two years ago, I understood this truth. I suddenly felt valued as an employee, that my perspective and opinion could be shared openly and that it mattered in the project teams I took part in and in my line. So, I spoke up, and my manager, in turn, offered me greater trust and responsibility. Coming from a different company, I was able to identify many opportunities for process improvement across the organization. I challenged the status quo and found that this was accepted and encouraged. When an opportunity to develop further arose, I viewed this as a welcome challenge.
My story of opportunity and growth is shared by many others in the organisation. I began my career at Ferring in 2020 as a Global Regulatory Project Lead within Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health. As a Lead, I was responsible for defining and executing the Global Regulatory Strategy and chairing the Global Regulatory Project Teams. In 2022, I was appointed Senior Director, Head of Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health (RMMH), and member of the GRA Leadership Team.
I am driven and empowered to make a difference for the company, for the people at Ferring, and for our patients. I want to help Ferring become a better workplace and business with great visions for the future. Having already established a great network within Ferring, I look forward to expanding this much more in my new role. It is my core belief that collaboration within and across functions is critical to Ferring’s success. It is all about the people.”
